OF&A's polygraph examiners quickly identified two suspects, but neither of them would admit to any wrongdoing. OF&A took the investigations further and identified one more employee for polygraph testing. The individual failed the test and during the ensuing interrogation confessed to his involvement in the frauds. "Furthermore, he named the other two employees who had failed their polygraph tests and claimed that they had in fact instructed him to perform certain tasks in their commission of the frauds," says Andrew Fourie, Polygraphist of OF&A. All three culprits were dismissed immediately and are awaiting criminal prosecution. The client's problem division is now fraud-free. |
